After 2 years, 5 surgeries, a disc replacement at L3-5, post surgery hernia repair, removal of screws and rods, a laminectomy at L1-2, traumatic nerve/fascia/muscle and scar tissue – Bachik Methods has given me back my life. I am down over 50 lbs and my orthopedic/pain issues have diminished at least 75%. I am forever grateful for Ryan’s program and his skill set.

When I first started Bachik Methods I had to have a chest strap and gait belt around my legs for stability in my chair. After training with Ryan and his team, I was able to build enough core strength to not have to use either. Their training has made my body come back stronger than anybody ever anticipated. I can’t wait to get back and hit it hard with Ryan and the team.
In 2019 I fell and sustained an incomplete spinal cord injury. In the fall of 2020, I was introduced to REACT. Ryan oversees my therapy with great knowledge, skills and innovation to ensure not only my safety, but my full recovery. The techniques used are courageous, progressive, challenging and effective. REACT has more advanced and custom-made equipment than any other facility. People with neurological injuries should seriously consider Bachik Methods as a place of healing and hope for a recovery.
